Success

Read an eBook Week at Smashwords.com was successful for many people and Smashwords as well. I sold some books and was elated about that, of course. But many others sold books too and I am excited for them as well. Success is an interesting word. True success doesn't come in selling a book, but in the message the words bring to someone else. If the reader gets the message or finds joy or self-discovery within the pages or learns something valuable, it is then the author has found success.

Post Valentines Day

I know it's over but happy Valentine's Day anyway. Hope you had a nice one and all your sweethearts gave you chocolate covered strawberries to celebrate with. Who doesn't love them!? Both the sweethearts and the strawberries. Saw a pict of some with nuts on them too. UMMM! And about the sweethearts-please one at a time. If you  have more than one, be careful not to get your fickle heart broken. To all my supporters, here's my heart and some flowers to share with you. These were all taken at Bellingrath Gardens in Theodore, AL. A beautiful place and I want to go back and, of course, take all of you with me. It is acres of beauty and interesting things to see with a nice gift and snack shop. As well as a boat ride which was interesting because the driver tells you interesting things about nature while you enjoy the cool ride.

The whole world is cold today. I am glad I am in the South, although it's 26 degrees here right now and supposed to be 0 degree wind chill factor today. Cook soup, chili, gumbo. Bundle up and stay warm and cozy. Build a file. And love it! God is good all the time.
